  24.           XXXXmmmmDDDDrrrraaaaggggSSSSttttaaaarrrrtttt initiates a drag operation. This routine returns
  25.           the DragContext widget that it initializes for the
  26.           associated drag transaction. The toolkit is responsible for
  27.           freeing the DragContext when the drag and drop transaction
  28.           is complete.

  30.           _w_i_d_g_e_t    Specifies the ID of the smallest widget and/or
  31.                     gadget that encloses the source elements selected
  32.                     for a drag operation.

  34.           _e_v_e_n_t     Specifies the _X_E_v_e_n_t that triggered the drag
  35.                     operation. This event must be a ButtonPress event.
